Our ‘small teams, loosely joined’ philosophy allows teams on client sites to develop their own cultures and approaches.
Notbinary is not based in an office; our staff primarily work on site with clients or from home. We have hubs in Cardiff and London that staff can use when the opportunity arises.
Travel is required for all roles. Our staff need to be flexible and up for extensive travel. We do our best to take people’s personal situations into account, but we know it’s not for everyone.
